Hi, I’m Jade Hedley

Thanks for wanting to get to know me; I’m delighted to share with you a bit about me.

I’m very blessed to enjoy a fantastic work-life balance, with an amazing business and a wonderful life… and I wish the same for you! 

On a personal level, I have a luv affair with stationery and fashion jewellery and enjoy dining out (so if you suggest discussing a project over brunch then you need only say when and where)!  I shop at Forever New and Kikki K.  I have an adventurous streak and enjoy tropical holidays.  When I’m snorkeling I’m on cloud nine.  I’m a sucker for Dr Phil (please don’t judge, hehe).  Although as business has boomed I don’t have time to enjoy it anymore 🙁 I’m a mum to two active boys; Quade and Maddox.  But, I make a point of creating time for myself, taking care of myself on a physical and spiritual level, because a healthy me means a productive and happy business owner and mum.

Like many ladies with small businesses I started BE social. BE savvy. because I was looking for the flexibility a small business can provide. I had no desire to have my children in a long hours day care centre, whilst I commuted in peak hour traffic and tried to race through an evening routine.  I wanted to be able to take them to playgroup and swimming lessons.  This business is an extension of me – like another child of mine.  Ultimately, my desire was to chase my own dreams in a peaceful and creative surrounding.  I’ve certainly overcome many challenges and happy to share my lessons learnt.

Since creating BE social. BE savvy. five years ago (after working in corporate marketing for eight years) business has grown from a one woman band to now a team of five.  And that is most certainly what we are – a team!  Cornerstone to the growth I’ve experienced has been my commitment to developing collaborative and ongoing relationships with my clients and a fun and friendly culture for my team.  Most importantly though, I can relate to and understand the dreams, emotions, challenges and constraints us ladies in business experience.  My team is committed to ensuring each and every client has a positive experience as we always aim to exceed clients’ expectations; creating raving fans.

Motivated to share insight and expertise at an affordable cost, I’m inspired on a daily basis to see ladies in small business radiant, happy and on a path to success.  I work with ladies from a diverse range of industries including beauty, health and wellness, fitness, fashion, photography, hospitality and many more.  We’d love to get to know you and how we can help make your business flourish!
